Mr. Thulani Runyararo Dzinamarira is a passionate philanthropist whose work dates back to 2011 when he started volunteering with Restless Development. He has worked with various policy makers in Zimbabwe advocating for social justice for the marginalized and vulnerable groups in Zimbabwe. He is a firm believer that we are all tied in a single garment of destiny hence whatever affects one, affects all indirectly. Thulani currently serves as the acting Communications and Public Liaison Advisor for the Abdullah Dzinamarira Foundation. He also doubles up as the Acting President of the Board. 

Mr. Itai Chitungo is a holder of a Masters in Business Administration degree. Itai has vast experience in entrepreneurship and management. He served as board member for Micah Foundation. At Micah Foundation, Itai worked to promote youth

empowerment through entrepreneurship mentoring and coaching. Itai is a board member responsible for the business and finance portifolios in multiple organizations. Itai currently serves as the acting Financial Advisor for the Abdullah Dzinamarira Foundation 

Mr. Edlight Bopoto is an accountant with a strong background in management and bookkeeping. Edlight has worked in various organisations and capacities. For instance, he has worked as a teacher in the Ministry of Education Sports and Culture. During his tenure in the education sector, Edlight assisted his sphere of influence through compassionate assistance, mentorship, guidance and counseling for the enhancement of the local youths. Edlight has also worked as a bookkeeper for various organisations including Save the Children Zimbabwe. Edlight currently serves as the acting Accounting Consultant for the Abdullah Dzinamarira Foundation 

Mr. Tendai Mutiro is a law student and a key broker in many youth organizations that perform voluntary work to assist the vulnerable population. Tendai is a passionate young man who has grown to realize the need for aiding the disadvantaged understanding the wealth and potential underlying in any educated life. Tendai is serving as the Minister of Academic affairs, information and publicity at his institution. In this role, he leads efforts to identify the financially constrained students and affording them a chance to shape their destiny through assistance in securing funding. Tendai currently serves as the acting Legal Advisor for the Abdullah Dzinamarira Foundation. 

Dr. Tafadzwa Dzinamarira is the second born son of the late Abdullah Dzinamarira. Dr. Dzinamarira holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Medicine (Public Health). He has dedicated his life to improving the health of communities through working with various non-governmental organizations in multiple countries in Africa on projects that inform health policy. He has a strong passion for improving the livelihoods of children from under privileged families through improving their access to basic education and social support. He currently serves as an Advisor  for the Abdullah Dzinamarira Foundation.

  In accordance with requirements of the Trust Deed under which the ADF is founded, there are no fees payable to the Board of Trustees members. Board of Trustees members may receive an allowance for attendance at meetings & where possible an allowance for work carried out on specific activities or projects. Apart from these allowances, the members of the Board provide their time, expertise and energy entirely voluntarily.
